Step 3: Annual Fee

Upon successfully completing the interview, you'll have the opportunity to pay a modest annual fee of 100 GBP. This fee contributes to the maintenance of our platform and the continued support we provide to our accredited educators.

Criteria to Be Accredited with QELT:

At QELT, we believe in upholding the highest standards of quality in English language education. Our accreditation process is designed to recognize educators who are committed to delivering exceptional instruction. To become accredited with QELT, educators must meet the following criteria:

1. Professional Experience:

Applicants should possess a demonstrated history of teaching English language learners. This can include experience as individual trainers, within English Language Schools, or Teacher Training Associations. Your experience showcases your dedication to the field and your ability to provide effective instruction.

2. Qualifications:

While formal qualifications are not mandatory, they can be beneficial. We value a combination of formal training, certifications, and practical experience. Your qualifications reflect your expertise and contribute to the credibility of your application.

3. Teaching Philosophy:

We value educators who are passionate about teaching and learning. Your teaching philosophy should align with QELT's mission of providing quality education, fostering cultural understanding, and promoting language proficiency. A thoughtful and learner-centered approach sets the foundation for a successful application.

4. Commitment to Growth:

Terms and Conditions

QELT Accreditation Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By submitting an application for QELT Accreditation, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Application Review:

QELT reserves the right to review and assess all applications for accreditation. Approval is contingent upon meeting the set criteria and standards.

3. Fees:

Applicants who meet the accreditation criteria must pay the annual accreditation fee of 140 Euro. This fee is non-refundable and covers administrative costs and support services provided by QELT.

4. Accreditation Period:

The accreditation period is valid for two years from the date of approval. Accredited educators must renew their accreditation annually by paying the applicable fee.

5. Quality Assurance:

QELT reserves the right to evaluate accredited educators' teaching quality, methods, and commitment to excellence through periodic assessments and interviews.

6. Code of Conduct:

Accredited educators must adhere to ethical and professional conduct, treat learners with respect, promote inclusivity, and maintain the integrity of QELT's values.

7. Privacy and Data Use:

Personal information provided in the application process will be used solely for the purpose of accreditation and will be handled in accordance with QELT's Privacy Policy.

8. Termination of Accreditation:

QELT reserves the right to terminate an educator's accreditation for non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions or if there are concerns about the quality of instruction provided.

9. Modification of Terms:

QELT reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to accredited educators.

10. Liability:

QELT is not responsible for any loss, damage, or consequences resulting from the accreditation process or membership in the QELT community.

11. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dublin.
